Conshy Kids Consignment Sale

Boston's 2nd Birthday PartyI'm so totally bummed that I'm going to be out of town for the Conshy Kids Sale this Saturday (April 2) at the Fellowship Hall in Conshohocken.

I went last year-and it was like a GOLD mine for me!

I bought a table & chairs for Boston and knew that had to be painted.  The colors were pretty girly-and they definitely didn't fit his new 'sports' theme.

So, after MONTHS ahem....a little while being in the garage.  I did get the chance to pull it out for his 2nd birthday party and it totally came in handy then.

I finally got to it.  I gotta say-I did a pretty snazzy job.

He loves it.  And I ONLY paid $25 for it!  DEAL!

I painted the chairs and table a creme.  Then took brown and made the top of the table like a baseball.  I added brown to parts of the chairs it give it color.

Anyway-consignment sales ROCK. You can get kid stuff CHEAP and save some cash!  I'm all about it.  After all-now we need a bigger house cause of all his toys.  UGH.

2nd Annual Sale will be April 9th, 2011

If you consign & decide not to pick up your toys/clothes/etc....they will be donated to Cradles to Crayons.  My favorite local kids charity!

What the coolest thing you have ever found at a consignment or yard sale?
